The recent Ebola outbreak spread to Nigeria and revealed challenges in the efficiency of the surveillance system after a suspicious case presented at a PHF. The impact of an inefficient disease surveillance system can be far reaching. Thus, we propose a study to investigate and understand factors affecting compliance of these PHFs to the country disease surveillance and response system.</span> ER -
