The system, which is currently under development, was tested on historical data from 2011 and 2012 and successfully identified pregnancy status from STD/HIV lab reports. Although the pregnancy identification system does not currently include criteria that yields both a high positive predictive value and a high sensitivity, additional criteria will be incorporated to improve these outcomes. Once identified, high risk HIV-infected pregnant women can be targeted for follow-up.}, number={1}, journal={Online Journal of Public Health Informatics}, author={Brannon, Elliott and Handler, Abe and Foxhood, Joseph}, year={2014}, month={Mar.} }
