Papers are invited from all areas of public and population health informatics, including but not limited to health promotion and disease prevention applications, Big Data and predictive analytics, Airtificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, surveillance systems, health information exchanges and electronic medical/health records, Blockchain technology applications, personal and population health records, m-health applications in public and population health, evaluation of public and population health informatics projects, cloud-based computing, Internet of Things, etc. Review papers, working papers, technology and book reviews, will be considered for publication. Note that OJPHI still charges no submission fees. However, after review, accepted papers will be charged $350.00 publication fee. Due to budgetary constraints we have decided for the first time to charge authors from developing countries $100.00 publication fee. Waivers from developing country authors will still be considered.
